Leading Homegrown Health Startup SwasthyaPlus Makes it to the Recipient List
Startup Odisha Task Force has sanctioned over Rs 1.50 crore to 23 Startups and Rs. 20 lakhs to 2 incubators towards development of Startup Ecosystem in the state. “The fiscal incentive has been given to startups under OSP 2016 to enable them develop their products and scale up their business”, informed Shri Satyabrata Sahu, ACS, MSME & RDM Department while sanctioning the funds. With this the number of Startups has gone up to 269, he added.
ODICAST DIGITAL LLP focusing on developing India’s largest health media network named SwasthyaPlus, TS ORIGINALS PVT LTD developing indigenous, all-hand-blended, herbal Tea, KODIGERAO INNOVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED developing Sutures using Biomaterial with nanoparticles, MYORG360 INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED one-stop, free cloud-based HR software that caters recruitments, skill mapping, compliances, payroll and other HR functions, CLAVICTOR ACADEMY, an edtech startup focused on the development of an AI-based mentoring and guidance platform have made it to the list of recipients.
For Product Development & Marketing Assistance, AUUM Platforms working on an innovative model of PPE Kit named SWASNER & MATI Farms, working on post-harvest technologies have received the grant.
Similarly, Startups like Ionox Software Private Limited, MPBS Lifestyle And Design LLP, Think-Genix Biotech, Purepetal Alliance Private Limited, Priorities Made Easy Technology Private Limited, Lappy Healthcare Private Limited, 5star Apniseva Private Limited, Koel Fresh Private Limited, Yoshino Energy Pvt Ltd, WaytoWorth LLP, Turmeric Tattva Private Limited, Kyomms Technologies Private Limited & Kdtekmatic Technologies And Services Private Limited working on IoT & SAAS, other startups working on sustainable lifestyle, bio fertilizers , organic food, Electric Vehicles (EV), AR /VR also received fiscal incentives under the OSP 2016.
The beneficiaries were chosen after detailed presentation on their startups by a team of successful entrepreneurs, govt representatives, evangelists and other luminaries from the Odisha startup ecosystem.
