The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) on Wednesday declared the much-awaited results of the Odisha Annual Matric Examination 2020. State School and Mass Education Minister Samir Dash announced the results at the board office.

A total of 4, 21,256 students have passed the annual 10th exam for the year 2020. With 678 schools registering 100 % results, the pass percentage stands at 78.76%. Contrary to this, 31 schools registered nil results.

This year, girls outshone boys in the annual HSC examinations. Of the total 262738 girl students, 215368 have passed with a pass percentage of 81.98%. On the other hand, out of 247451 male students who appeared the exam, 192501 passes taking the pass to 77.8%.

With 89.37% Bargarh district recorded highest pass percentage in the State followed by Khurda (87.28%) and Puri (86.82%).
