Hon’ble MP Sundargarh today felicitated the COVID Warriors of the district at a special program for their untiring efforts from the past three months. COVID warriors from different sectors like Health, Police, Sanitation, and the district administration were given certificates of appreciation and incentives by the district administration. District Collector along with, ADM, CDMO and PD DRDA were present on the occasion. MP Jual Oram and MLA Sundargarh also graced the occasion.
MP Jual Oram heaped praises on the administration and the district officials for their timely intervention and smooth management of aspects like quarantine centers and COVID hospital, district wise sanitation measures, guest workers management from Shramik Special trains.
Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, District Collector Sundargarh thanked the Health Workers, Police, and Sanitation staff and officials of the district administration for their immense support and cooperation during the time of crisis and for being available to mitigate any issues faced by the public during COVID times.
He further motivated the officials and ground staff saying “this is the beginning of a long fight and we should stay together and work for the welfare of the public.”
