Odisha’s Single Window for Investor Facilitation and Tracking (GO SWIFT) has been given Silver Award for excellence in Government Process Re-engineering for Digital Transformation.
Citations for National e-Governance Award Winners-2020 list was announced in the 23rd National Conference on e-Governance on Friday at Mumbai. The Gold Award has been announced for Union Government’s flagship healthcare program –Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
Principal Secretary Industries and MSME Hemant Sharma has been informed about the Award, who has been instrumental in implementing Go SWIFT for the benefit of investors.
The State Government has developed the Online Single window Portal, GO SWIFT to transform B2G Interface through the entire investment lifecycle.
GO SWIFT is a key business reform undertaken by the State Government with the objective to provide all requisite information, clearances to investors in a hassle-free and paperless manner.
GO SWIFT is One Stop Solution for information on clearances required and payment, tracking, and approval of G2B Services is available in the Portal.
All existing technological applications of the Department of Industries including GO PLUS, GO SMILE, GO CARE, GO iPAS and State Project Monitoring Group Portal have been integrated with GO SWIFT, said a senior official. Access to all these services is now available through a single sign-on user credential.
In order to facilitate tracking and monitoring of applications GO SWIFT sends out SMS and e-mail notifications to the investors at the critical stages of processing applications.
All the investors, who have invested in the State along with the officials of the Industries Department and others are beneficiaries of the Innovative Project.
