On asking about the dipping pass percentage, BSE exam controller Nihar Ranjan Mohanty said “teachers should focus on quality education on those schools where results are not up to mark. This year parallel set of questions have been set and strict monitoring has been done which may be the probable reason for lower pass percentage.”
